Residential: Permit Fees

The fee schedule for the building permit is $3.70 per thousand dollars of the estimated cost of construction. The estimated cost of construction will be calculated by the Building Department based on the use of the structure, the type of construction, and the size of the building using the cost per square foot as shown in the Building Valuation Table published by the International Code Council.
