Review Fees

Residential Plan Review Fee:

• 0-10 Lots: $250.00
• 11-50 Lots: $750.00
• 51-150 Lots: $1,500.00
• 150+ Lots: $2,000.00
  

Commerical Plan Review Fee:

• 0-1 Acre: $250.00
• 1-5 Acres: $500.00
• 5-10 Acres: $750.00
• 10+ Acres: $1,000.00
  

Re-submittal Fee: 50% of original Plan Review fee.

Upon first submittal, redline comments are made; there is no charge to resubmit the plans for review.  If redline comments are made a second time, a re-submittal fee (50% of original fee) will be charged at the next submittal and any subsequent submittals if applicable.

Revision Fee: 50% of original Plan Review fee.

A revision fee will be charged to submit post approval revisions.

Permit Renewal Fee: (Permits valid for 1 year from issuance) - $100.00

Survey Plat Review Fee: $25 per lot

Development Permit Fee:

• 0-1 Acre: $100.00
• 1-5 Acres: $200.00
• 6-10 Acres: $300.00
• 11-20 Acres: $400.00

If a project is over 21 acres, the permit will be $400.00 plus $6.00 per acre over 20 acres.  (For example: if a project is 30 acres, the permit fee would be $400.00 plus 10 x $6.00 = $60.00 for a total of $460.00.)

*All Permits that are deemed expired per the ULDC shall forfeit all fees paid.
