Health & Exercise

Educational seminars, provided by local professionals, are held at all senior centers.  A wide range of topics that are applicable and of interest to senior adults are covered.

Exercise classes of all levels are available for registered senior center participants.  In addition to completing senior center registration forms, you must:

• Complete exercise program forms
• Obtain physician’s consent
• Participate in an assessment by the fitness coordinator to determine appropriate class placement
