Alcoholic Beverages License

The Business Licensing Department processes all Alcoholic Beverage Licenses and annual renewals. In addition to zoning approval and other requirements, alcohol related businesses (restaurants, convenient stores, etc.) must have a business license. Information that must be provided in person:

1. Application Fee: $250
2. Alcohol application
3. Blue Line Survey (if needed)
4. Proof of US Citizenship
5. Business License Application
6. Inspections – Fire, Building, Environmental Health, Planning/Development, etc.
7. Alcoholic Beverage Application: This includes the application, consent form, and the verification form.
